Magna International uses CSS as a training ground for managers & it doesn’t work out well as you have people in positions that aren’t qualified for what they do, but it keeps the salaries down for profit margin reasons. Bonuses reasons too. Getting ready to go to a 5 week production schedule which means 6 days for salaried personnel. If you are salaried & get ‘overtime ‘ it’s actually straight time after 44 hours

Everything, worst management I have ever been involved with. Disrespectful, condescending, fully take advantage of the employees. Drug use wide spread throughout the facility and HR does nothing about it. Management fully puts the blame on others rather than taking a leadership stance to correct the issues. Horrible, horrible Leadership, plant manager has zero personality and clearly looks down on the workforce, so it starts from the top down, corporate needs to clean house, hire managers with integrity, take ownership of your mistakes. Was a good place at one time until the current leadership took over. Point the finger at yourself before anybody else. Waste of time trying to make a career at this place.
