Some coworkers are nice and just doing their best

Cons

The two owners are married and there is no HR. Cursing, verbal abuse, and no internal structure. You are told to Chat GPT everything and berrated when it obviously does not work out. The owners go out of their way to bad talk employees and lie about behavior. When people quit, they either say nothing, or just lie about firing them. Avoid like the plague.
