      There is no work-life balance. You are over worked with more clients to keep track. They lack honesty and transparency. Be aware of this company.

      Pros

      Working remotely, good pay, semi good benefits.

      Cons

      No Work-Life Balance, given too many clients. Unrealistic deadlines, no training whatsoever, too many team members per client manager. Client Manager doesn't care for feedback just checking in to mark it off their to do list.

      The remote work and pay was decent.

      Cons

      The expectations of employees upon hire is overwhelming. There is no formal training before being put in to a stressful and demanding work environment. There is no time to train without being harassed about getting work completed. The expectations are unrealistic.
