work experience is good since they have some sort of big clients

1. A two year bond for all employees 2. Attendance basis performance evaluation and increase (since they earn more when your going to work, they used this as a criteria for employee increase, IN SHORT THEY ARE JUST USING YOU TO GAIN MORE MONEY) 3. The promotion will take effect more likely more than 6 months or more. in my case i receive my 1500 monthly increase after 11 months. (What the heck for just 1500 pesos? it took them a year almost) 4. Posted benefits are scam. they are just offering Sick and Vacation leaves, HMO. no other benefits
