Small team, friendly team, helper group. Is a unique opportunity for people who are starting their career
Cons
You can't grow or be promoted because the company don't have a clear growth path. The company was 5 years in the same way with around 10 employees in total. Anyway the product is amazing and it don't make sense they don't invest in marketing campaigns.
