Pros

Not much except most co-workers are great to work with and make the atmosphere less hostile and uncomfortable..

Cons

Little Pay, terribly long hours 50+, forget about time off!!! management preaching about the new way we do business but most all have the "old school" mentality - constantly lecturing you, and pointing out only your flaws. It becomes too much after a while. Training is horrible. Nothing structured then less than 30 days later, they're forcing you onto the floor to start dealing with customers.

Pros

You get to meet some cool people and drive some cool cars. Like some other people said its good if you don't have any education and don't expect too much.

Cons

First, it's borderline hilarious but also very dishonest that this company obviously has HR, marketing and management staff writing reviews here. You can tell by some of the key words and phrases. And if you actually talk to the Product Specialists, almost none of them would say such good things. I can think of 4 people out of everyone I work with who isn't actively looking for a new job because they hate the scheduling here so much. There's almost no work-life balance. The schedule at my store feels punitive. There's absolutely no excuse for 10-10.5 hour shifts, especially during the week when it's not even that busy. And they're awful hours: 8:45-7, 10-8, 12-9. Recently they're on us to clock out for an hour for lunch, but an hour break in the middle of my 9-10 hour day, is still a 9-10 hour day. I'd rather skip lunch and just work a normal 8 hour shift. No one who is actually selling really has time for a lunch hour anyway, you might miss an opportunity for a sale. But they just want it to look like you're not working as many hours as you are. They'll work you to the bone and they don't care. They don't pay you hourly, so why should they? It's nearly not worth having the occasional Sunday off if you're going to be punished with a 10.5 hour shift on Monday. It burns people out way before the weekend hits and its busier. And it's not busy on Saturday mornings, there's seriously no reason to force your entire sales staff to show up at 8:30am and then work until 6 or 7 or later if you're still with a customer. There's also no give and take with the schedule. You're expected to come in on your day off or come in early or stay late if your customer wants you to (and you need the sale) but then if you want to leave early or come in late, that's not really allowed. You'll be tired all the time from constant long shifts. You'll work late one night and then have to be in early the next morning. The shifts are all over the place and you'll never have time or energy for a life. And they don't care. My manager actually says that if you don't like it, then don't work here. And that's the complete wrong attitude to have with this new process. You'll never keep good people that way and you're going to keep having high turnover and that affects your business. Oh and the health benefits are terrible. Everyone was forced onto a stupid high-deductible plan and it's so expensive to actually get healthcare. It's also really hard to break your draw and make any real money.
