Pros
My Co Workers were great one of the upsides of working in a call center is having the support of others around you striving for the same goals it definitely helps with a stressful environment.
Cons
Extremely stressful. Expected to meet unreasonable goals which created a very stressful and unpleasant work atmosphere. Micromanaging is a constant thing. And management was not interested in feedback for improvement in the workplace.
