High Turnover IS this Company’s Culture

Entry level positions provide introductory payroll processing knowledge as long as you are motivated to learn individually.

Cons

Heavy turnover resulting in sizable gaps in working knowledge amongst operations teams. Middle management is disorganized at best; at worst, however, management is often engaging in behavior that promotes an unhealthy work environment, such as putting down other managers to dissuade collaboration, excessive micromanaging, and taking credit for the work of their team members.

very nice environment to work in, beautiful building. fun company events and team building exercises

Cons

training is unclear and unstructured, understaffed with a high turnover, can have a clique-y social aspect. if you are hired with no prior experience with payroll, this job will be incredibly difficult and people will usually not have time to sit and train you

Cons

Very antiquated operating system. Prior to logging in the product looks sleek and nice. Once logged in you feel like you are in a DOS environment. Very little progress updating its products.
