As my first part-time job, I learned a bit about logistics and packing, which was insightful
Cons
The workload is quite high but the pay is quite low for the amount of work you're doing. The boss said if you work more, they will raise the pay, so if you plan to stay longer, you have a chance at increasing your salary.

most of the colleagues are very nice and efficient, events are fun to play and enjoy

leader of the company lack of management lead to project time has limited time, thus they will differential treatment between local and non local, using a name that “easy for u to communicate with hk / china factory” to push the other parties to finish producing the packaging/deliverables in a non-reasonable time (e.g two weeks for a customized structure box, including designing, size measuring, with the moq finished), however the size and details of the product never provided precisely to proceed of the progress.
