Pros

Work across some great brands, definitely some lifelong friendships formed with colleagues

Cons

Clueless and out of touch leadership, making decisions that negatively impact customer experience and employee satisfaction - the two most critical elements for a resilient organisation

Pros

1. Flexible work hours 2. Good IT department and equipment

Cons

The current senior leadership team is under preforming. Their lack of experience and execution drives poor results and builds pressure on the business for quick, unplanned and poorly executed decisions. Chaos in the backend corporate teams, no HR and Finance leadership or strategy. Poor product and next to no goto market strategy resulting in poor sales and massive pressure on staff. Vector clearly pulling all the strings at the top, non core platforms to be sold and business flipped. 1. High employee turnover 2. Lack of culture, toxic culture between sales and services 3. Senior management lacks staff engagement and has no interest in the business outside the US. 4. No clear role and responsibilities. 5. Disfunctional Finance and HR teams. 6. No staff appreciate or perks.

Cheetah Digital Response

Thank you so much for your response. I’m sorry to hear your time at Cheetah Digital was not entirely positive. We strive to make sure our culture serves every Cheetah and offer great perks to our employees -- like flexible hours, remote work, and top-notch equipment. The team is consistently ideating on how to improve the employee experience. The divestment from Experian nearly two years ago created a lot of foundational work that required focus and speed to stand up the business. Now, the HR team is aligned with Finance to make sure employee needs and budget continue to drive a world-class working environment around the globe. We also recently launched employee engagement and surveying technology to help understand Cheetahs needs in their work environment. I appreciate you taking the time to share this important feedback. Thank you.

Pros

This company was formed 3 years ago after divestment from Experian. It has tremendous growth potential. The product is excellent and the CEO has a vision to grow further. The leadership team is communicating with staff regular during All Hands and since the time COVID started, the management has been nothing but supportive of remote working, providing equipment reimbursements , internet reimbursement and also organising regular team get together on zoom. The company recently announced summer Friday in US which is a very welcome gesture to let employees relax and get that work life balance while working remotely.

Cons

The lean structures are putting a lot of pressure on some teams
