      Pros

      Easy access from vehicle to entrance. Great Pay ($7.25 until I get my first guest then I am moved to server pay of $2.13) Tips here are phenomenal! Great Management Team, very understanding and will work around your school schedule If you train other ppl you get a complimentary meal All meals for employees are eligible for a 40% discount

      No Benefits, not even if you are willing to pay. Can't take food home

      Pros

      Loved working with the team to create new drinks and menu items. Bosses open to new ways of doing things and made me feel seen and heard. Very good at finding individual strengths and matching them with different jobs so we all got to do the things we enjoyed. Learned a ton!

      Cons

      Long restaurant and bar hours, always working holidays.

      Pros

      So happy ppl are beginning to get out and dine again! I just started at Chef Point and I’m already making 200-250 a shift! Don’t get me wrong I work hard for it but it is there if you work hard

      Cons

      We need more servers and staff. But they are hiring, just picky because the money is so good they want good workers
