Pros

Good for someone right out of university with little to no work experience. The management will hold your hand and will control every project you work on.

Cons

This is not a good company for someone who can self manage and is forward thinking. The job is sold as customer service, but it is primarily data processing and answering phone calls. The management speaks inappropriately about employees to other staff members when that employee is not present. There is little to no communication from management to staff members through anything but email unless the employee initiates it. Disapproval is handled by ignoring the employee rather than addressing the problem to resolve any issues. A very unpleasant working environment.
