      Really enjoyed the energetic and high growth atmosphere at the company. There were a lot of great ideas that were implemented into actions which created a better customer experience.

      Cons

      Challenging work environment if you aren't comfortable working in cold spaces.

      Team is great and very welcoming. Everyone shares a similar vision and want to help each other to succeed. The company is growing constantly so lots of room to carve out a place for yourself

      You must be adaptable to change and able to work in a open office environment

The teams are working really hard to create a culture driven by purpose and thrilled that our vision is coming to life. Being adaptable to change is definitely a key success factor at Chefs Plate given how dynamic the industry is and how quickly we are growing. An open office environment allows for quick decision making and collaboration. Our leaders are accessible and visible….no close doors here!
