      Expanding company with its own set of issues.

      Pros

      Pension side is well managed. Health side is seeing high growth. Salary is significantly based on the hours and responsibility you're willing to take on. Small, but expanding company with less office politics than average.

      Cons

      The general Pension market is still contracting with no signs of stopping. Health side not particularly well managed. Salary is below average without taking on extra hours and responsibilities.

      Really flat organization can sometimes take a while to implement seemingly easy changes.
