Unstable company based on mood of changing personnel and owners

Pros

Interesting work because affordable industry complex. Stable work because affordable industry always needed.

Cons

A lot of turnover including senior management other than owners like even head of departments including Human Resources. Pay decent for local market. Communication and transparency is not good because so much turnover. When people are let go it is on the spot which demoralizes employees

There is no reason why we need to be in the office - but company refuses to go remote. Stale office environment Everyone is afraid of senior management EXTREME employee turnover
