      No overtime unless you want it. Monday they Friday work week.

      Cons

      Union is not a union. They are non existent. Can be fired easily without any union rep. Payed all this money for nothing.

      The company does everything possible to work with employees that need assistance. Being Caring and Compassionate is one of their Core values and they work hard to meet that standard.

      Cons

      Turnover is a constant battle- this isn't a good fit for everyone.
