Pros
co-workers are excellent, highly educated and friendly. Executives are nice but not accessible. Business expanding is dramatic. Operations/manufacturing in overseas and States. etc.
Cons
Certain positions are cumbersome and repetitive. Employees do not have a bigger picture of a project, it makes employees less motivated. Roles are quite separated from each other.
