- transformed into hierarchical organization from a flat one which I miss very much - in those times people were more precious assets than nowadays

There are still some great colleagues who are persevering.

Cons

There have been continuous layoffs in recent years. You never know which day a product or team will be discontinued. Or they reorganize the company and lay off people in the name of cost reduction. This has only been accelerated by the acquisition. Managers are also constantly being replaced. Unfortunately, Chemaxom is no longer the friendly, people-oriented company it used to be.

International client base, including major pharma and chemical companies. Strong focus on cheminformatics and bioinformatics software, a high-expertise field. Very supportive work environment with excellent colleagues, strong professionalism, and continuous learning and development opportunities.
