      A different kind of office.

      Pros

      Openness to hiring new graduates. Not the worst pay I have seen amongst colleagues. Management does well with teaching moments.

      Cons

      Location in a village 10 minutes from Milton in dated, un-inspiring office, unfriendliness at the office, lack of community, micromanagement, unclear directives, very salesman-like atmosphere. Apparent high turnover. People appear frustrated. Expectations of unpaid overtime.

      Pros

      Cheme has a great small company feel while providing employees with learning opportunities in valuable projects in a wide range of industries. The leadership has a great deal of integrity and are open and transparent with their employees which helps cultivate a sense of community and positive work culture. They are also excellent at listening to the concerns of their staff and are proactive in making improvements. Cheme puts an emphasis on professional development by providing all employees with a mentor and by funding external training.

      Cons

      As clients are spread throughout the GTA , employees tend to get split between sites. Having access to a vehicle to visit various sites / offices is a requirement.
