      Small, family run company. Management is friendly and treats you like family.

      Cons

      Very little management structure or organization to any projects or procedures. Management fails to use effective business processes in company operations which prevents the company from being profitable.

      Great opportunity for growth, small family run, unique market and the best pro is that the products that we sell are actually the best in the industry.. this makes selling much easier.

      Cons

      Takes a bit of time to ramp up, high call volume expectations but that is normal for this profession. Can seem disorganized at times.
