It used to be a private and successful business

Cons

It is not private, nor successful anymore. Since the masters of the universe at Lubrizol took control, sales, profit, employment, and every other facet of working there, has dwindled to nearly nothing. If you're still stuck there and have a sliver of moral fortitude, i weep for you.

Good benefits. Good working hours. Very clean facilities. All places are well maintained and have safety regulations in place.
