      Pros

      Steady paycheck and hours. Quiet location. End of year bonuses. Flexible for doctor appointment.

      Cons

      Senior Management too busy with own personal gain. Discrimination huge issue. Poor air quality, filthy work environment. Management doesn't care about following rules or safety when it comes to turning a quick buck.

      Pros

      Work life balances, can take days off without having vacation time or prior notice, good stepping stone to start your career. If you are liked you can negotiate higher pay.

      Cons

      Not a place for a experienced professional, lots of unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from senior management, no leadership, employees have to figure their job out on their own, no proper training and your position title means nothing, senior management number 1 ideal is personality, if you are not in favor you will not last, they choose a likeable personality over a hard worker with ethics. Insurance benefits are expensive. The toxic fumes is something to be concerned for your health.
