Pros

- Co-workers - Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 - Paid holidays (not Juneteenth) -PTO -Sick Days -NYS Retirement - 1 hour lunch breaks

Cons

-They do not pay well (unlike the surrounding counties). -MOST managers/department heads within the county are miserable micro-managers that want you to feel small. -The CSEA union is worthless: no stewards to turn to or any way to advocate for your benefits or wages. -No union inclusion such as: notice of meetings, parties, etc. -The county does not consider Juneteeth to be a paid holiday. - No company match on Deferred Comp Retirement.
