      For a company there may be many Ups and Downs. But in CREW we can find only 1 ups and 99 downs. Very worst for an engineer to work. Very Stress, all job urgent, all decisions are to be made by M.D.... Very worst thing is salary... For an 5 years experienced Engineer monthly salary is 12K.... Carrier spoiler
