Pros

The benefits are good. Historically , this was a great place to work even though the salaries weren't competitive. The company has made a big change for the worse within the past 2 or 3 years.

Cons

Hard work and achievements go unnoticed due to leadership taking credit. Work/ life balance is horrible for full time salaried employees, it's more like exploitation. Front line employees usually take the fall for leadership incompetence's as most will not take responsibility for their decisions. Senior leadership is more interested in punishing people than learning and growing from mistakes and setbacks. Also, this is a pseudo governmental environment. Family members, neighbors and close friends usually get first dibs for progression. Also, the pay is very low compared to comparable positions at other companies and industries.

Pros

Laid back culture, not typical high-pressure corporate environment. There are some amazing people who work here who really care about the mission. Work is exciting and always changing.

Cons

Success depends heavily on who you know, and if people like your manager. If you come in as an intern your pay will always be lower than market average, they will exploit talented young employees. Management cares more about tenure than skillset. Nobody is ever fired, so there is a lot of useless people here (if you want to be lazy, great place to work).

Pros

Endless opportunities to explore job roles, progress, and gain higher education -- but the employee must take full initiative. The opportunities are rarely presented. For a high potential, high-performing employee the company is supportive of career progression.

Cons

Company culture is very antiquated. Lack of management maturity around developing and growing employees. Lack of vision at the C-level. Low engagement from long-standing employees.
