Promising startup at the tipping point of awesome - each person still matters
Pros
-Smart people who are very nice -Very fast growing revenues, large upside and growth potential. Huge vision. -Not many competitors -Interesting data problems -Modern tech stack (GCP, React, Airflow, Python, Docker, Kubernetes) -Commitment to CI/CD practices and general engineering best practices -Competitive cash compensation -Access to founders and leaders -Encouraged to learn about all areas of the company
Cons
-Because of the enterprise customers and data quality standards, platform is slower to develop than at a consumer startup -With the success of a growing business comes hard work. -Helpdesk/Desktop support doesn't really exist, you should be prepared to do a lot of your own setup and troubleshooting -Variety of snacks doesn't necessarily compete with some other startups in NYC (not that big a deal) -While the culture has all the right core values, based on respect, ownership and generally not being a jerk, social (non-work) aspects could be improved.
