Fast paced work environment can lead to quick decisions with big impacts both internally and externally. More measured approach to decision making and execution could ensure higher stability.

Pros

Everything one could want when looking for a job with integrity, history and no room for error. I love it.

Cons

Can get a little warm, but not really a con. If you're not used to factory based warehouses, you probably won't enjoy that part. I personally prefer that than sitting in an office any day of the week.
