Co-workers are nice, work and play have a nice balance.

Cons

If you don't think the owner is amazing you'll likely not go far in the company. Glen Arbor is in the middle of nowhere in the winter. They want to grow but the owner is too impulsive to think things through.

Pros

Growing company, nice area to work and the people you work with are nice. Benefit are pretty good for the area.

Cons

Operationally the company is a cluster. The owner is over involved in retail, marketing, internet and strives to grow but is scared of change. If you are a "yes man" you will go far here and whatever you do don't speak your mind.
