Role Expectations and Transparency: Our hiring process is rigorous and transparent, clearly outlining role expectations. We operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where change is constant. We recognize this dynamic environment is not a fit for everyone.
Performance and Coaching: We are a performance-driven organization with high standards. We utilize structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to help employees not meeting expectations with clarity and support.
Compliance and Operations: We employ common industry practices, such as recording sales calls for internal quality and coaching, and we do so in a manner that is designed to be compliant with applicable laws.
Company Culture: We take issues like those asserted here seriously and investigate them when raised. We are committed to a respectful workplace.
