Pros

My team was distributed around the globe supporting different regions, but it still felt very much like a team. My region was close knit and always made time to cultivate personal connections while working hard to build the business.

Cons

New features felt haphazard at times. Some core capabilities behaved differently depending on what client you were using, although functional parity was something they were chipping away at, and while marketing always leads a product into the world, it felt a few too many steps ahead of product readiness.

Pros

Excellent location Fantastic local team and international team Great work life balance I am trusted to do my job and have a great support network regardless of the distance to head office (Colorado). We have a well rounded, passionate and strategic Executive team which fills me with confidence.

Cons

None if you are reliable, trustworthy, hard working but also like to laugh and enjoy what you do and those around you, you have every opportunity to be successful in your role and help contribute to the success of the business. It is a young company with a great future.

Pros

The original people who are left are passionate and amazing. Cherwell’s existing customers are trying to stick with us but having a hard time doing so.

Cons

Immature product that experiences frequent outages (customers don’t appreciate or tolerate outages with a SAAS application), lack of strategy and company direction, terrible benefits and constant terminations and layoffs make for a lot of instability within the ranks.
