      HR is not involved in the hiring process so check with them to make sure the details of what you discussed with the hiring manager are accurate before you sign anything.

      Pros

      Good PTO & decent health insurance costs if you don't have a family; a lot of good people who really care about their jobs and the company. Movement/advancement within the company seems pretty good for a lot of roles.

      Cons

      Poor pay, certain members of upper management are toxic bullies and barely competent in their positions but nothing seems to be done about it; penny-pinching to an extent where the repercussions end up costing even more money.
