Pros

There are opportunities to learn new things, and the company does offer room to grow if you’re proactive. The concept of the business is great, and many colleagues are hardworking and supportive.

Cons

Workload can become overwhelming, with new tasks added frequently and not enough staffing to balance responsibilities. Time tracking practices (including detailed monitoring) feel intrusive and contribute to a sense of micromanagement. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and it can be difficult to maintain work-life balance. Compensation is generally on the lower side, and the company often relies on lower-cost locations to keep expenses down.
