Some of the best people I've ever worked with. A "family" culture that isn't superficial or forced. Small but agile team, with encouraged collaboration. Division Manager is demanding, but fair and transparent.
Benefits package (excluding salary) is solid-to-great.

Salary is middling-to-poor by today's standards. Opportunities for promotion are sparse, mainly because the team is so small.
