      Pros

      The people you work with are passionate and good at their jobs.

      Cons

      The college encourages people who will gain no benefit from these courses to take them. Deeply dyslexic? You should code. Deep maths anxiety and panic whenever you see maths? You should get involved in something with maths.

      Better than being unemployed, right?

      Cons

      I would not recommend working here period. The CEO has no idea what she is doing and neither does anyone else in the senior team. Make the right call and leave before you are deemed as an "efficiency saving" cut. They have deteriorated middle management, the union has only just started to gather any sort of momentum again but are powerless against the c**t in charge.
