      Pros

      Welcoming environment despite Thinly veiled attempts at fostering “work community” and Chevo Way Trainings.

      Cons

      Desperation and disconnect between CEO and the worker bees of the organization. Everything is done to maintain a contract or re-compete - even if the work is outside the scope of the original contract. Understand that despite the “smoke and mirrors” this is contracting - you’re not a consultant. You’re expected to work. Not advise. Don’t ask questions. Keep your head down and do your job. If you’re fully aware of what contract work entails - this is a great place. Take career advancement into your own hands and try to get work that can move you to better opportunities.
