Pros

People that work here are nice people, very humble people. Members are very kind people.

Cons

pay is low- you would think because its in chevy chase the pay would be high...no its not. no room for advancement- they have employees that have been there for 20 plus years that is getting paid the same as someone who just started. be prepared for long hours- 11am-11pm servers here do NOT get paid tips. Members ALWAYS get their way.

Pros

They treat their employees very well. Benefits are good and pay depends on where you work but if fair. Members are kind and management was very fair in my experience

Cons

Some of the employees are not interested in working hard so it can be a frustrating experience if you are motivated to get the job done. Management does not like to fire people because they want the club to avoid any bad publicity that could come up.

Management is terrible and untrained. upper management couldn't care less. club members are snotty and arrogant, make rules that they require staff to enforce and then get mad when you do. hours suck. free food, but pretty awful. stay away
