      Pros

      Benefits and vacation time is great.

      Cons

      There is a lot of backstabbing and unethical practices going on. This place is top heavy (management) for being such a small school. There is no room for advancement unless you are one of the favorites.

      The salary and benefits are awesome! Great pay, vacation, and benefits package. Wow. It really is amazing and the campus is located in the countryside of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

      Cons

      It is very sad that your great performance is not valued more than they can offer. It really does not matter if you do well or poor.
