- Toxic Culture - They will force you to work till Mid Night and won't give a single RS bonus but if you are 15 minutes late after this late night then they will cut you half day salary saying you are working late because you were not able to finish work on time. But my Team leader also agreed that this much work should require atleast 5 working days which they asked me to do in 1 day - Lady CEO is Egoistic person I have ever met - IF you will raise your problem Lady CEO will become BOSS I Will pray to GOD that their Child get same Treatment in Future and I want to see them feel helpless Seriously Man I was in depression when I was in this company, No time to Eat, No time to Sleep Just work like Robot and get Pay like a beggar

1. No management 2. Salary low as compared to IT industry 3. Work, work, work, and work 4. No extra curricular activities 5. Policies get changed on daily basis 6. Trackers installed and CEO & his wife personally checks the tracker and then calculate salary 7. Good people already left the company 8. They hire freshers and expects quality without giving them proper training with late-night seatings everyday 9. Work pressure always, you'll be asked to spend weekends on each alternative weekend Conclusion: Join, if you are ok with above points
