- Hard-working staff - Competitive salaries - Mission-driven organization - Decent benefits - Nice office downtown

Cons

- Corporate environment (friendly and polite, but hard to truly get to know people) - Siloed departments - High turnover - Seems difficult to get promoted or make lateral moves

The people are very dedicated to their work. They believe in what they are doing and work hard.

Cons

The leadership is terrible. Micromanagement at its zenith! Weak leaders who don't know how to get the best from people. Employees dropping like flies.
