The pay is ok but at the low end of the market rate.

Does not pay overtime.
Bad communication.
Other Managers are very unprofessional.
Does not care about quality. They only to about get order out even if they know it isn’t right.
Place is dirty and infested with rats.
No bonus for any reason.
Has holes in ceiling in bathroom so can’t be used durning rain or other bad weather days.
