Pros

It's a good place to work. I feel respected here.

Cons

I don't like dealing with bureaucracy and not being able to fulfill every client's needs, but that's just the reality of existing off of grant funding.

Pros

Awesome clients & a few genuine coworkers there for the intended mission of CH

Cons

Leadership does not understand the day-to-day reality of clients or employees. A lot of what CH claims to stand for (no stigma around HIV, trans-competency, etc.) doesn't exist within their own walls.
