      Happy with my job

      Pros

      I have been here several years now and this is the best it has been. Increased communication and information about the business, plans about the future, new business coming in, have received new equipment, year end bonuses and raises last year & this year. The company has made a lot of improvements which are positive.

      Cons

      I wish the company was closer to my house. The drive is sometimes not as easy as I would like

      Nothing good about this place stay far far away !

      Cons

      Most disgusting place I have ever worked in suprised OHSA don't shut it down! No management or leadership place is a joke!

      Good co-workers, that's all the pros their are!

      Cons

      HR is so one sided towards minorities it's not even funny. They hire 97% minorities so they can get a tax break at the end of the year. Management is a complete joke.
