Scandals from leadership/owners offset a lot of the work from the people below

The pay is far below industry standards, especially when taking into account you're required to work every game for 8+ hours on top of your normal work week without compensation. They refuse to hire the needed people for the club to be a success and instead force unpaid interns to do work that should be delegated to full-time experienced employees. You will not be provided with the basic tools necessary to do your job. For example, you will be required to use your own computer and they would never consider the necessary office equipment/technology to be successful. Also, the office is absolutely disgusting with mold, mildew, and no proper kitchen or place to conference. Management is completely out of touch with how to run an organization. They are stuck in the 90s and will not take advice or criticism on what needs to improve. I have seen the CBO be out right rude and disrespectful to employees which has created an environment of fear and an inability to voice opinions. She expects to be involved in every little decision which makes it impossible to get things done. The benefits are horrible including medical. It's incredibly sad that a female organization only provides 4 weeks of maternity leave to employees. They just partnered with a fertility clinic but can't provide appropriate time off to recover from giving birth.
