Pros

Fun people to work with.

Cons

Very disorganized, don’t appreciate employees, extremely underpaid, no days given off. After working long weekend hours, they give unpaid late starts. They don’t care about turnover or unhappy employees.

Pros

Pre game intros are cool Cool if you love hockey

Cons

Do not work here. Toxic environment, management does not manage at all and likes to gossip behind the scenes. 60 hour work weeks. Terrible utilities to sell. Go work for the Chicago Dogs instead, or be jobless.

Pros

I have no good things to say about this organization

Cons

If I had the ability to broadcast a message to the entire world it would be do not work for the Chicago Wolves. It is the most disorganized, incompetent organization I have ever been apart of. Management is stuck in 1993 and refuses to modernize any part of the organization. You are severely underpaid for the work you put in, management will criticize and bully employees for things that are not their fault. Incredibly toxic work environment who talk badly about former employees. Management refuses to acknowledge when they make mistakes. During the season there are stretches where you will work 15 days in a row multiple times. They will tell you “that’s just working in sports” but that’s not true, it’s their excuse to overwork young employees trying to break into the sports world because they are too cheap to hire enough staff. The Egos of top management will disrupt actual progress towards building a good organization. The fans are incredibly passionate and they love the Wolves, but if they knew how management treated employees I believe they would reconsider. Save yourself the mental headache and avoid at all costs until better management is in place.
