Great concept - need to change the CEO

Pros

Flexible work environment, the company has great contacts at the C-level and produce good events with top-level CEOs.

Cons

Too many meetings, can't make decisions without 14 meetings and a 3 to 6-month time lag - stifles entrepreneurial growth (though they claim to be entrepreneurial!) CEO can have his moments as a nice guy but in general he's too controlling and it's generally "my way or the highway!" The company would grow faster and better if they paid some attention to the talent they have, instead of strutting around like they know it all. If they did know it all, they would be better with people and wouldn't have a revolving door of staff.

poor benefits ...high turnover for such a small company (red flag) .... toxic 'leaders' and culture

A tale of two brothers

Fantastic colleagues, nice building in Stamford with covered parking and health club on-site

Cons

Two brothers own and run the company. The older brother, the chairman of the company, is warm, friendly and works well with others. The younger brother, CEO suffers from a napolean complex.
