      Team of 100+ fractional CMOs/CSO's is top notch. Better than being and independent consultant due to best practice sharing and internal engagement referrals. Opportunity to work with variety of very interesting companies.

      Cons

      Can be a little "cliquey", so it's important to actively network among other team members.
