Literally everything else about working at the Studio was overwhelming negative.
There’s no room for advancement whatsoever. I worked there for five years without ever receiving a salary increase. The C-level staff (especially Leslie) is completely out-of-touch with reality, they don’t view employees as people but rather as pawns. The workplace was horribly toxic and stressful as a result of managers constantly setting their staff members to compete against each other. After losing over half of the staff to COVID layoffs, those positions were never filled, forcing people like me to cover and do jobs completely out of my skill and pay range.
Crying, screaming matches, and quitting on the spot was frequent occurrence.
I loved the field of work I was in until I came here; I had to make a career change after realizing my time with the Studio ruined my passion.
