Where do I start? I am a salary employee and the pay is good but I am expected to dedicate 70-80 hrs a week to this company. Staff turn over is unreal. The company starts employees at 13/hr plus bonus. working conditions are overcrowded.
This company reached out to me in two separate occasions for two separate positions… each time there was no call back or follow despite me emailing and texting and leaving voicemails.
If they can’t even respond to potential hires, I can’t imagine how they treat people currently working. They’re passing up on very well qualified potential hires.
Glad they never reached out. I dodged a bullet and found a much better company to work without
