Pros

Great people to work with. Decent pay. No nights or weekends.

Cons

They let the children run wild and abuse the teachers. When you ask for help you get told "you got training on that" so why have behavior support people? I know! So they can fill in the classrooms as full time staff. Getting hit, kicked, bit by prek kids daily gets old. They only care about their behavioral health side from the CEO on down.

Pros

Child Focus is a perfect place to start and continue a career in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or Behavioral Health. The Early Childhood team has a great energy. There are opportunities for growth, professional development, and career exploration. The benefits are great and they value work life balance.

Cons

There are few remote work opportunities but this aligns with the job responsibilities as most are in direct service.
