Toxic and immature senior leadership who are busy trying to make the place look good instead of delivering what’s most helpful to those in need. In-fighting by senior leadership spills over into teams - which facilitates and encourages unhealthy behavior between colleagues. Intense focus on ensuring senior leaders get their huge salaries to the detriment of delivering the work.
